We’re holding our Magic: The Gathering Ixalan Pre-release on September 23rd and 24th.
Pre-registration is now available! These events do typically sell out.
Limited on-site spots will be $32.
This exciting event is your first chance to experience the new set at New York City’s best Magic CCG destination.
Pre-release sessions will be: Friday at midnight, Saturday at 9AM, 2:30PM and 8PM,; Sunday at 10AM and 6PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before.
Sunday’s AM session will be Two-Headed Giant ONLY; no solo play at this event.
How does the event work?
We’ll be running six sessions over the weekend, starting Friday night at midnight and continuing through Sunday night. Each participant will receive six packs, plus one random dated foil promo card and a spindown life counter.
Note: we are reducing play to three rounds on Friday night in order to improve the experience!
On Sunday morning, we offer a choice a Two-Headed Giant option- this format allows you to pair up with a friend of your choice, or we can assign a partner to you.
Note that if you do not arrive at an event and sign in 10 minutes before it begins, we reserve the right to to offer your spot to another player. In this instance, we guarantee that you’ll be able to pick up your pre-release pack at a later date.
There are no refunds for pre-registration reservations, for any reason.
If you are unable to attend, we will hold your pack for you for two weeks, and then release it for general sale.
